My wife and I live half the year in an older condo on Longboat Key, FL. It used to have all the trappings of a high end but 25 year old residence. We decided to embark on a 5 year update program with the work done during the summer months while we were away.We needed to find a person that was a talented decorator, had cadre of talented sub contractors, was a capable construction manager and a person that we could trust.
